This place is perfectly located near the farmer's market, town center, and beautiful hills.

Its location is good, not far from the centre of town, the nearby Auchen castle and the farmer's market. My must haves' are a modern, reasonably spacious room with plenty of decent breakfast options as well as large bathroom. The most helpful and very very nice staff I have ever experienced before...

We loved staying at this place! It's so close to the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring all the local attractions. The service here was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were fantastic, with tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a television for our entertainment. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the free toiletries provided. The dining experience was also a highlight, with a delicious breakfast offering and friendly staff.

The rooms here were modern and had very comfortable beds, plus the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the bus stop on High Street.

I recently stayed at Limetree House in Moffat with my parents for Father's Day. The cooked breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection to choose from and the option to order the night before. Derek's porridge was the best I've ever had! The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a lovely ensuite. The hosts were friendly and provided great local recommendations. I also appreciated the little extras, like a flask of real milk in the room and USB ports in the electrical sockets.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

We were given a reasonably large room with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel television. - the property was not far from tourist locations, the farmer's market, and the nearby Auchen castle. - Spent our evenings in the nearby Annandale Arms Restaurant enjoying drinks and the atmosphere.

the ensuite bathroom was outstanding, with a great shower. the breakfast was absolutely delicious with many choices to choose from. the location was perfect as it was quiet since it was on a street with little noise.

There was not enough tea bags provided to us.

A wide array of options and excellent food are available. Beautiful and tidy units with reading lamps, very comfy beds, and large bathrooms. - the guest house has a wonderful, magnificent location in Moffat, really close to shops, tourist locations, and the town center.

It would have been helpful to have a small fridge in the room for keeping drinks and snacks cool.
